The hospitality industry is a growth industry, and its expansion is expected to continue. A degree in Hospitality Management will provide graduates with in-depth knowledge and industry-relevant skills required to launch a career within this global thriving hospitality and tourism industry.
This programme allows students to gain a comprehensive overview of the exciting hospitality industry the course of study will take students through matters like Tourism Planning, Front Office Management, Business Ethics, Events Management, hotel, resort & restaurant management, as well as critical thinking and communication skills necessary for dealing with the general public.
In addition, the programme also focuses on building professionalism, nurturing your personal and career development pathways through industry links and internship placement.
Learning outcome
Upon completion, students are expected to be able to:
• Communicate effectively through oral, written and visual means to create and communicate understanding for different purposes and contexts, using appropriate digital technologies

• Acquire a breadth and depth of knowledge in the practical and theoretical aspects of the discipline areas and apply that knowledge within economic, social, environmental, technological, global and multi-cultural contexts
