The Master of Science (International Construction Management) programme is specially designed to enable graduate engineers, architects and other related professionals to expand their decision-making horizons given the kind of parameters and risks which international construction managers have to confront.
The main objective of the programme is to develop competent and well rounded construction managers who will have the skills to source, secure and effectively manage projects in the domestic and international construction market.
Programme Structure
To be awarded the degree of Master of Science (International Construction Management), a candidate must complete 30 AUs of which at least 18 AUs must be from the programme, International Construction Management. The remaining 12 AUs can be selected from the programme or an approved list of graduate courses offered by the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering or any other graduate courses approved by the Chair.

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other related discipline, and have a period of relevant practical experience after obtaining the first degree.
TOEFL: 600 (paper-based); 250 (computer-based); 100 (Internet-based). IELTS - 6.5
Application period will open from November to January each year.
