Human Resource Development (HRD) is the strategic and integrated use of training and development, organizational development, and other management activities to improve individual and organizational performance. The HRD program has been developed based on resources and guidelines from the Association for Talent Development, the Academy of Human Resource Development, and the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology. The program focuses on the development of student knowledge and capabilities in the following nine competency areas.

Students are preferred to have a 3.0 GPA or above in high school college preparatory courses. Students who have taken Advanced Placement Examinations (AP) of the College Board or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program will be accepted with above average scores (AP grades higher than 3 and IB scores higher than 4) and should have the results forwarded to the Office of International Admissions.
English Language Score:
TOEFL (IBT): Score- 70; TOEFL (PBT): Score- 550; TOEFL (ITP): Score- 500; IELTS: Score- 6.0; Cambridge: Score- 169; PTE (Pearson Test of English Academic) – 48; ELS Centers: Level- 110.
