Nominee has a minimum grade point average of 3.5 in music courses in the final two undergraduate years, or the first year of the graduate program
Department of Music - MA or PhD program
Nominee shows outstanding potential in the theoretical study of music
If there is no suitable nominee, the scholarship may be offered to a nominee registered in a graduate degree program majoring in composition
Open to Canadian citizens.

Open to applicants in doctoral programs.

By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
