Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs.
Open to applicants in doctoral programs.
Open to applicants in masters programs.
Superior Academic Achievement.
Registered full time in a masters or doctoral program in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life & Environmental Sciences.
Preference given to a student conducting research on the use of legume-grass intercropping to help farmers increase profitability and
or sustainability through advances in forage crops.
Selection based on academic achievement.
Selection based on research in forage production.
Awards are granted for two years, subject to review after one year.
Second year funding is contingent upon achieving a min. GPA of 3.5, a report from the recipient's supervisor on the progress achieved in the recipient's studies, and cont'd FT enrollment.
This scholarship may not be held by a recipient for more than two consecutive years.
