Established in recognition of Professor N.R. Richards' contribution to the OAC as Dean from 1962 to 1972,Class of OAC '70, and the OAC Alumni Foundation. Apply by August 15th by submitting the OAC Graduate Application Form. Academic standing will be used to determine the recipient from among the eligible applicants. Full-time students entering OAC who are planning to pursue graduate studies in Environmental Sciences use and/or Rural Planning and Development.
