Who can apply?

To be eligible for the LLB and LLB for Graduates Scholarship, candidates must:

• Be classed by the University as an overseas fee payer for tuition fee purposes and be able to pay the outstanding tuition fees not covered by the scholarship.
• Have applied for, and received an offer and selected the University of Birmingham as their firm choice in UCAS for a full-time undergraduate programme in the Birmingham Law School starting September 2026 (scholarship cannot be deferred). You must be entering the first year of an undergraduate programme based at Birmingham's UK campus.
• Meet the academic condition of their offer to the programme.
• Be self-funding and have sufficient funds to cover the full cost of living at the University of Birmingham, plus any visa/travel expenses associated with studying in the UK.
• Submit your scholarship application via the form on our website by 30 April 2026.
• Accept an offer from the University of Birmingham for a programme within Birmingham Law School by 30 June 2026.
• Upon enrolment in September 2026, pay their net tuition fees for the first year by 1 November 2026, immediately following enrolment.

This scholarship is only open to students who are classed by the University as an overseas fee payer for tuition fee purposes.
