LLM European Law Scholarship

Edinburgh Law School wants to assure all students and staff of its commitment to EU Law teaching and to all of our staff, students, and visitors from the EU. We are a European Law School and remain devoted in our support of all who wish to study with us. As such we are delighted to be able to offer a scholarship for applicants to the LLM in European Law.

Eligibility

Any applicant who is accepted for admission to the full-time LLM in European Law.

Please note that you must already have applied to study the LLM in European Law before applying for this scholarship.

Criteria

The award will be made on the basis of academic merit and the strength of a personal statement. Within your personal statement please include:

• the specific elements of the LLM or MSc programme that attracted you to the University of Edinburgh and why these are meaningful to you; and
• explain how successful completion of this programme will benefit your career, personal development and / or enable you to contribute to your community/region or country?

Priority will be given to those who have not had the opportunity to study at masters level previously.

Applicants should already have been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and should have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so.
