Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology (CIRP) is a private higher education organization located in Sri Lanka. The institute was incorporated in 2010 and has also been a registered awarding body with the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka since 2011 and an ISO21001:2018 certified education organization. The institute is a member of the CIIHE (Colombo International Institute of Higher Education) Group. CIRP has a student to teacher ratio of 18:1 and a graduate employability record of 95 per cent. The institute’s strong commitment to research has led to many pioneering initiatives in psychological research in Sri Lanka and the region. CIRP’s strong ties with government, non-government, private and community organizations have provided staff and students an opportunity to contribute their knowledge to enhance effectiveness and quality of life in many different contexts.
