Civil and construction engineers design and construct society’s infrastructure. They have key roles in creating buildings, bridges, roads and highways, harbours, dams, irrigation and water supplies, municipal infrastructure and other large projects. In this course, you will develop scientific, mathematical and practical skills, and learn how to apply your skills in various areas of civil and construction engineering.Those areas include: structural analysis and design, geotechnical engineering, transportation engineering, hydraulics, construction management and methods, water and environmental resources, and professional practice. Graduates will be equipped with the skills to design and construct the infrastructure of tomorrow.
