The Standard Foundation Year is our most popular program. It offers the widest choice of subjects and prepares you for entry into any of Monash University’s 10 faculties. After completing the program and meeting the required entry scores, you will gain guaranteed entry into the first year of a Monash University degree.The Standard Foundation Year is delivered over two semesters. Each semester you will complete a minimum of 4 units, one of which must be English. Each unit has five contact hours per week, providing consistent academic support and engagement with teachers. The program’s flexible structure allows you to select your units based to meet any pre-requisite requirements of your intended Monash University degree and many others.
