Students will learn the core knowledge and practical skills required to meet the increasing demands and needs of the civil engineering industry. This two-year programme will provide students with theoretical and technical knowledge to apply practical solutions to the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering infrastructure, from roads and bridges to harbours and water and wastewater facilities. This engineering programme is accredited by Engineering New Zealand, a signatory of the Dublin Accord, meaning it is highly respected and recognised both nationally and internationally.

Qualification equivalent to NCEA Level 2
Equivalent qualifications (e.g. International Baccalaureate or Cambridge); or
Equivalent credits from trades training and/or demonstrated skills and experience

Candidates who have English as a second language are required to have an International English Language Test System (IELTS) score of 6.0, with no individual band score lower than 5.5; or
