The nursing program is an academic unit in the University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash College. The program contributes to meeting the health care needs of the community, the mission of the college and university, the requirements of accrediting bodies and the service expectations of the Ohio Board of Regents by providing quality education culminating in an Associate of Applied Science Degree. The nursing program offers an RN technology track as well as an LPN-RN track. Nursing, as defined by this program, is the art and science of human caring. It is designed to prepare graduates to care for people across the life span. Nurses provide culturally competent, safe and effective care in a variety of clinical settings.
