As threats grow in complexity and scale, organizations rely on data to detect intrusions, uncover vulnerabilities, and respond swiftly to potential attacks. This concentration prepares students to work at the critical intersection of cybersecurity and analytics, where data becomes a strategic asset in defending digital environments.Students will explore core analytical concepts, such as statistical methods, anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and data visualization, and apply them to real-world cybersecurity challenges. Through practical, hands-on learning, they’ll develop the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that support secure decision-making and risk mitigation.
