Students pursuing the MS in Chemical Engineering with a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Leadership must complete 16 semester-hours of required GIEL coursework and 16 semester-hours of core Chemical Engineering coursework. The Master of Science in Chemical Engineering offers students the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research that tackles pressing challenges facing our society and our planet in areas such as biomedicine, energy, security, and sustainability.
