Academic excellence
Trinity’s Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships are awarded to exceptional international students who have received a course offer for a full-time postgraduate taught programme at Trinity College Dublin. Scholarships range in value between €2,000 and €5,000 depending on the region. Scholarships are applied as a one-time reduction to the tuition fees of a full-time postgraduate taught programme. Students from China are not eligible to apply for the Global Excellence Scholarship. If you are a student from China please apply for the Claddagh Postgraduate Scholarship instead.
Scholarship Eligibility

Applications will be assessed and awarded on a rolling basis. Selection will be based on academic achievement and applicants’ potential to contribute to the Trinity community. Allocations will also consider regional and programme diversity.

Applications can be made online using the form. Applicants will be asked to provide basic personal information and a statement discussing how they will contribute to the Trinity College Dublin community.
Timelines
Early application is advised. Final deadlines for each region are listed below. Awardees will be expected to fully accept their course offer to receive their award. Scholarship awards will be applied to the tuition fee bills of awardees.
