The Bachelor of Cyber Security equips you with the specialist knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot, analyse, design, support and provide cyber security solutions.This hands-on degree is modelled on the Australian Signals Directorate framework, which identifies the dynamic capabilities and skills needed to combat the latest and emerging cyber threats. From computer forensics to blockchain, from cyber security testing to AI, you’ll be ready for action when you encounter different cyber security challenges in the workplace.The Bachelor of Cyber Security has a unique structure, with the Bootcamp2Studio model at its core. The Bootcamp2Studio model first involves undertaking subjects in intensive blocks of five weeks to build foundational knowledge of information technology and cyber security. Following these intensives, you'll join specialist studio subjects to build upon your core skills by completing industry-aligned projects in the areas of ICT that interest you. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, the coursework also teaches you how to communicate effectively and develops your problem solving and project management skills. The Bachelor of Cyber Security is delivered predominately face-to-face, with online support scaffolded throughout. You’ll learn through classroom and online learning, lectorials, workshops and studios. You will also have access to an online forum to engage with other students.
