Completed tertiary undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (architecture, built environment, building and construction engineering and management, project management and civil engineering disciplines), as approved by the University.The University of Canberra is a strong supporter of lifelong education and recognises that not everyone comes into university through traditional pathways. For example, we know that often people with significant industry experience are excellent students who gain a lot from completing our courses.If you do not hold a Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline, we may consider your previous related work experience through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL enables admissions based on learning derived from work experience or a combination of qualification and work experience. The amount of work experience required will depend on your previous qualifications, ranging from 4 years (for example, if you have a TAFE advanced diploma) to 10 years if your highest qualification is a Year 12 certificate.In general, the following documentation is required as part of the RPL assessment.
