Master of Psychology (Professional)

To be eligible to study this course, you need:

• a four-year undergraduate psychology degree that is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council, such as Curtins Bachelor of Psychology
• a psychology qualification from an overseas education institution that has been assessed as comparable by the Psychology Board of Australia or the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Entry is competitive and shortlisted candidates will be interviewed. You must also be eligible for registration with the Psychology Board of Australia as a provisional psychologist.

• Academic transcript and award certificate
• Evidence of English language competency
• Resume
• Proof of professional registration
• Completed personal statement
• One academic and one professional referee are required to submit referee reports. Referees should use the Psychology Reference Portal. The form should be sent from the referee to the School directly via this system. The reports are to be submitted by the application closing date.
