Operations & Management Engineering is a hybrid program that brings together both business operations best practices and industrial engineering techniques to design, control, and optimize business processes across a wide range of industries. Operations & Management Engineering students are analytical and learn to solve complex business problems. Using structured methods and tools, you will study organizations, systems, and processes. You will target change, break down the problem, and modify the way companies create goods and services to make them faster, better, and cheaper without sacrificing quality.

Operations & Management Engineering students are creative and learn to design new productive systems. Using design methodologies, you will identify requirements and translate those requirements into new solutions and functionality. Based on the wide range of industries that employ our graduates, these could be new systems, processes, layouts, or system/equipment selection and sourcing.
