Transcripts: Send an official copy of your post-secondary transcript from all institutions you have attended. The MBA program requires a GPA of at least 3.0 based on the final two years of your undergraduate program. References: Request two letters of reference. One reference should be academic and one must be from a manager or supervisor in your organization familiar with your character, work performance, and leadership potential. If not available, two academic references are acceptable. Admissions Statement: All students must submit a personal admissions statement of 500-800 words. This statement should describe your academic and personal goals, key experiences leading to your desire for academic advancement, and reasons for pursuing this program at Trinity Western University. TWU reserves the right to request it for the few applicants who may have a lower academic background or insufficient quantitative or business studies background. Entrance Interview: Some applicants will be selected to complete an interview (which may occur by telephone conference call or Skype interview via the internet). The interview will evaluate an applicant's level of maturity, interpersonal skills, career focus, and motivation. Resume/CV: Work experience is not required for this program, though past work or volunteer experience can strengthen your application.
