In the first year of your welding diploma you'll get hands-on training in shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) gas metal arc welding (GMAW) gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW). In second year you'll learn advanced techniques including flat horizontal vertical and overhead welding. This diploma prepares you for structural and pipepressure vessel applications. Work in specialty labs with the most experienced faculty in the GTA Experience hours of hands-on learning in labs that mirror the professional welding workplace.
