Designed for students who already hold a bachelor's degree and wish to gain specialized knowledge and skills, the program prepares students to address the social, economic, and environmental challenges facing organizations and communities in today's complex world. You will develop the business skills and strategies to manage organizations with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility, including managing change, measuring impact and community engagement. You will be able to critically assess and implement strategic plans to meet community and organizational needs.Applied learning opportunities and hands-on projects ensure you have a strong foundation in organizational strategy, with the skills to build respectful and effective working relationships.
