Areas covered include table service, bar service and product knowledge, as well as operating procedures, effective communication and legislative compliance. Note: If you do not have previous experience in hospitality we suggest that you first complete the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service Level 3 (Barista and Restaurant Service). You can enrol sequentially in the Level 3 and Level 4 components of the New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service, with Level 3 starting in Semester 1 and Level 4 starting in Semester 2.
