This course explores how effective recruitment, motivation and staff retention strategies can contribute to organisational success. Many graduates go on to programmes such as the Advanced Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) Level 7 or an MA/MSc degree in Human Resource Management, though entry to these is subject to the respective course requirements, application, availability and additional costs.
