In the second term, those who have not yet completed all required foundation subjects for progression to the Bar can have the opportunity to choose options such as Land Law, EU Law and Equity & Trusts to meet the academic stage requirements set by the BSB (Bar Standards Board).A distinctive feature of the programme is the bespoke ‘Law at ULaw’ module, designed to support your transition from Level 5 to honours-level study.
