Electrical and electronic engineering technology is at the core of most modern equipment, from cell phones and computers to power generation and manufacturing facilities. Our program uses hands-on lab learning to prepare students for careers with the latest technologies and their applications. Graduates of our associate degree program can continue into our bachelor’s program at The University of Akron or start careers in industry. They work in a variety of fields, including power distribution, industrial controls, electronics, and technical management.
