This program gives you the technical knowledge to be on the front line of defense in protecting computer operating systems, networks and data from cyber-attacks.You’ll learn the technical skills to design, implement and secure computer networks. You’ll understand how to detect risks, threats and vulnerabilities. You’ll get experience in installing security software, monitoring networks for security breaches, responding to cyber-attacks and gathering the data and evidence needed to prosecute cyber-crime. You’ll build a foundation in security software technologies, programming languages and networking while developing your problem-solving and communication skills.
