You will also gain experience in critical thinking and problem solving.Human Resource ManagementAs you prepare to become a human resources leader, you’ll broaden your knowledge of the recruitment, relations, and development of employees and you’ll learn the planning strategies needed for successful management of human resources. Courses include Digital Recruitment, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Relations and Development in Human Resources, and Applied Concepts in Human Resources.Leadership and ChangeYou’ll advance your comprehension of the leadership and change processes necessary to thrive in an ever-evolving business environment.
