The Printmaking BFA at Myers School of Art combines hands-on studio practice with an exploration of the history and contemporary possibilities of printed art. You’ll develop a strong technical and conceptual foundation in printmaking while learning to think critically, solve creative problems and experiment with the medium. Through independent and collaborative work, you’ll refine your skills, develop your individual artistic voice and build the habits of an active, engaged artist. The program prepares you for professional work in printmaking and the visual arts as well as graduate study.
