The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in management emphasizes the development of skills and knowledge necessary for effectively managing and leading people and facilitating organizational change. Preparation is for employment as a manager or for graduate study. Students may choose either the general management degree or one of four specializations. The faculty of management, marketing, and international business offers courses leading to the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree in management, marketing and international business and language. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a major in international business and language combines the business core, emphasis on international business, and language proficiency in French, German, or Spanish. There is also an American track available for international students.Management, B.S.B.A. Students completing the undergraduate program in management will demonstrate:knowledge of management theory and concepts. critical thinking and analytical skills. understanding of ethical and effective leadership.
