The University of Toledo’s School of Nursing houses the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) program. Our graduates become registered nurses and work in a variety of roles and settings – hospitals, schools, jails, academia and more. admission pathways All students are initially admitted into Pre-Nursing. Upon completion of the pre-nursing curriculum, there is a competitive admission process for the Upper Division. admission requirements into pre-nursing Direct Guaranteed Admission Pathway Requirements (only for First-time freshmen or First-time adult students): High School GPA of 3.8 or higher through our test-optional pathway OR High School GPA of 3.6 or higher and ACT score of 23/SAT score of 1130 AND Achieve and maintain a UToledo GPA of 3.5 to have a guaranteed seat in the program. The priority application deadline for the direct admission option is January 3. Traditional Pathway Requirements (for First-time freshmen or First-Time adult students): High School GPA of 3.0 through our test-optional pathway OR High School GPA of 2.75 and ACT score of 19/SAT score of 990 A minimum cumulative higher education GPA of 3.0 to be eligible to apply for the upper division.
