This program is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International). The Bachelor of Arts program in business with a concentration in human resources involves both theoretical and applied concepts, with a focus on practical and applied aspects of human resources. Students obtain foundational knowledge in labor relations and labor law workforce planning artificial intelligence influences in the employment arena and diversity, equity and inclusion (commonly abbreviated as DEI) practices they also engage in a deep exploration of staffing, global HR, training and development, employment law, and compensation and benefits. Students have an opportunity to participate in an HR project internship as part of their coursework.
