Earn both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Earth Science in just five years. This accelerated pathway builds a strong foundation in geology, Earth systems and environmental processes while advancing your research and analytical skills. Graduates are prepared for careers in geoscience, environmental consulting, natural resource management and related fields. Geoscientists focus on problems related to how the Earth works, and our students are given opportunities to build the skills necessary for understanding the Earth System. Through a variety of field and laboratory experiences, our curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning. Students may find employment opportunities in the Earth resources field, environmental consulting, the government sector, or a variety of other career paths.
