To be eligible for regular admission for a licensure, graduate certificate, or master's degree program, you must meet one of the criteria below - earned a minimum of a 2.75 GPA from your undergraduate degree-granting institution. Earned at least 9 graduate credit hours with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Have a conferred master's or doctoral degree from an institution recognized by an USDE accrediting association.Two letters of recommendation: When you fill out the online application, you will be asked if you would like to have the reference letters handled electronically. Choose the electronic way to avoid delays. You will need to list the names and email addresses of the two people who will write the letters on your behalf. Letters from undergraduate science professors and direct supervisors carry more weight. They will then receive email instructions from Ball State on how to submit the letters.Resume or curriculum vitae (most recent): Along with summarizing your experience, a resume or CV also gives you a chance to explain and put into context any unusual career moves, gaps in employment, or other reasons you would be a good fit for our program.Statement of purpose: Introduce yourself, your interests and motivations, summarize your undergraduate career, discuss your recent and current activities, and elaborate on your academic interests.Transcript/credential evaluation showing your complete academic history
