The global heath care delivery concentration within the Master of Global Management program provides students with practical skills and hands-on experience in both global management and health care delivery. Offered in collaboration with the College of Health Solutions, this concentration enables graduates to meet the growing need for skilled health care managers who have a solid foundation of international business skills and a global mindset. It is designed for current or aspiring executives and managers in health care who would like to hone their leadership and business skills to position themselves for careers leading health care organizations around the world. Some health care practitioners, such as nurses and doctors, may also use the degree to move from clinical practice into management roles. Students master core and advanced skills in designing systems, processes and mechanisms used to optimize health care delivery anywhere in the world. In addition, students integrate evidence-based financial principles geared toward improved individual and population health outcomes, such as leadership strategies in change management.
