This degree has flexible credit transfer acceptance, so is particularly suitable for international students who have already completed some undergraduate study in another country The Bachelor of Arts program in organizational leadership with a concentration in project management offers a theoretical and skills-driven curriculum designed to prepare students to excel as project managers and leaders in the field. In organizational leadership courses, students explore leadership theory and practice, gaining the skills and knowledge necessary to lead diverse teams, innovate, solve problems, communicate effectively, evaluate leadership and organizational effectiveness, manage resources and use emerging technologies within organizations. Additionally, students develop essential skills for managing complex projects, including project leadership, quality management, risk management, schedule management, cost management and resource management.
