• Attain a Programme GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application or have reasonably good academic attainment during secondary/ post-secondary education (including public examination) if cumulative/ overall/ programme GPA is not yet available.
• Intend to participate in eligible outreach activities.
• Not be awarded of Reaching Out Award in the same programme of study before.
• Not be awarded of any other scholarships under SPSS in the same academic year.
